Photographing children is the most difficult task, but also the most beautiful.
It's hard because the whole experience has to be an occasion for joy, and that's only possible if there is at least a hint of trust between me and them and the beginning of a friendship is formed.
But even when I am welcomed with my camera into their world, the story I return with cannot help but be emotional.
Unlike adults, children don't pose, they just are, and that makes photos with them honest and beautiful in the most authentic way possible.
